** How to Fit your suit
 
 
🚴 Step-by-Step
 
1. Start from the legs Roll the top half of the suit (arms and torso) down so you’re just dealing with the shorts portion. Step one foot in at a time, gently pulling the fabric up to your thighs. Use your fingertips (not nails) to work the fabric evenly — don’t yank from the seams.
 
2. Adjust the chamois once the shorts section is up, make sure the chamois (pad) is sitting correctly — snug against your skin, not twisted or folded. The chamois should cradle your sit bones when you bend into a riding position.
 
3. Pull up the torso Now carefully pull the upper half up over your waist and torso. Smooth out any wrinkles or bunching around your stomach and sides.
 
4. Put in your arms One arm at a time — start with the sleeves turned inside out, then roll them out as you insert your arm. Pull the sleeves into place so the shoulders and seams line up naturally.
 
5. Adjust your hips, arms and fit then zip up slowly, Zip the front up in one smooth motion while standing tall. Make sure there’s no tension pulling the zipper — if there is, adjust the suit from the legs up. 
 
6. For Men, if you need to go to the toilet, the entire top part of the suit must be lowered prior, not lowering the suit jersey before will destroy the zip engagement.
 
**Skinsuits are extremely tight allowing the full potential of their Aerodynamic properties, we recommend you have someone assist you into these suits and when removing.
